Pandaria character cannot see NPC

Hey guys, My character in-game name buun (frostwolf server), when i fly to shado-pan garrison, i cannot see any npc there, I tried to clear my cache, my wtf folder, interface, but nothing helps. I cannot even chat on global, i mean i joined it, but dont see anything i type there or ppl. Any1 know what happens to my account?
Also when i log in my horde character, everything seems fine, i could see the npc, etc...
I feel like my character is on different dimension with whole server
