Hello everyone. I just tryed to log in game, but i get information that my ip is banned due to advertising. So my question is how is it possible, when I am barely playing and definetly not logging for some advertising. Therefore please someone to hceck if this ban is' t a mistake or prove to me somehow that i was adverttising. Waiting for someone to reply.
Send an email to [email protected] to get your account unbanned. Someone else might have logged on your account and advertised something. Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Also gotta quick question. Is it possible to get Envoy ran? I was downgrade(I think) to Agent.
You can ask them in the email. Normally after you get banned you don't get the 0.5 point bonus for 1 year. Not sure what happens when advertising ban gets removed.
