banned for Advertising

Hello!I have such a problem. I was banned for advertising.
I think it was because I went through the link in the chat (server Outland) and someone from Canada (from the information in my account) stole my account and change my password. After that I requested password reset and changed my pass, but after that got ban. I understandt that my bad, but can u unban my account? Please, i like this server and want to play here.

I already did it. No answer..
