Should be in 30 mins max, usually instant. I have same problem as you just donated on a new acc but never got it. Just make a ticket on website with the reference number of donation.
Did you receive your coins? Both premium status and coins are usually given instantly. But there are a few posts about not receiving coins today. It might be because DDoS protection is enabled on website right now. If you don't receive it, you can send an email to [email protected].
