1) in- game click red "?" on your utility bar (where character info, spells, talents are) and at the bottom of that window you will have Character Stuck -> Auto-Unstuck
2) if above wont work: https://www.warmane.com/account/services select realm and character - you should have FREE character unstuck option
3) select bloodmyst isle on this site http://www.wowhead.com/npc=6491/spirit-healer
Make a in game ticket and tell them that you are stuck boy.
