I'm a lvl 54 prot tank with alot of BRD quests and I wish to find 4 people (Alliance) to do a full dungeon run since these days thanks to RDF, people only want to do the boss that gets them their goodies from RDF.
I can share quests.

Have you tried to queue for the upper city one? The goodies boss is the very last boss which requires almost a full run to get to if u don't have key and most ppl don't
level up mate. trying to find people for vanilla content is IMO waste of time.
if you aren't twink try to reach lvl 80 fast, then you can solo/duo BRD.
