[ANSWERED]Item missing on Blackrock (Horde)

Hi,

On Blackrock, this item is not available for Horde at the vendor:

It should be available, because this item is available for Alliance:
https://wotlk-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=47547

I transfered my character from Human to Belf and my cloak didn't transform into the horde version, now my character can't equip it. Adding it should be a matter of minutes and I hope someone can add this one to the vendor list. Thanks!
