[ANSWERED][TBC] Badges of Justice and patch 2.3.0

1. I want to ask would you think to implement attached row from 2.3.0 patch description, with Zul'Aman release on 30th of May ?
"2.3.0 (13-Nov-2007): Badges of Justice now also drop from bosses in Karazhan and Zul'Aman."
