Medefejk stolen account

Hello everyone, please any answer why i can't write a ticket to GM, there is only ban appeal and no any other category....

Hello Gm, i have big problem. Yesterday someone stolen my account this guy even hack my email and changed password on it, so i cant reset my password. Please help me sort out this situation, becouse i think people like this should be banned and meaby punched to face..i was in guild with Vampsy and others called "idc gotta farm" and now is my account in some **** "slahers of destiny". Please help me.
