Exchanging Badges of Justice for items [Holy][PvE]

Hello everyone.
Since new items has been added to G'eras with the release of Zul'Aman, i'm stucked with the question: what should I buy first as pve holy paladin?
Items I'm thinking about:
1. Vambraces of the Naaru (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=33520) - I've got Virtue Bearer's Vambraces (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=27489);
2. High Justicar's Legplates (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=33518) - leggings I use are t4 (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=29063);
3. Handguards of the Templar (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=33519) - I'm using Prismatic Mittens of Mending (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=28304) and going to buy s3 gloves next Wednesday (+2% to FoL crit chance looks great);
4. Man'kin'do's Belt (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=33386) - mine is Cord of Sanctification (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=29250);
5. Essence of the Martyr (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=29376) - my trinkets are Lower City Prayerbooks (https://db.excalibur.ws/?item=30841).
I'm not sure I should go into haste because I use FoL mainly, also there's not so many good healing items with +crit on them. Also I don't think I should buy leggings because t5 legguards are much better (but I don't have access to it yet).
