How can I contact a GM during NA hours?

In the event that a raid instance is bugged or something. My tickets are never seen in time for anything to be done.

Is there a better way to get in touch with a GM for emergencies that can't wait until the next day but could be solved quickly with a GM command?

And if any GM sees this and can reset ZA eagle gauntlet that would be great. All the mobs are unattackable including the boss at the end. RIP
