Character on account freeze

Hello,
I downloaded wow from another server cuz i coudnt do it on this server, i changed realmlist and start playing few days ago. I starded with mage and reched lvl 20. logg off , next day i loged in and enter world and my screen just freeze, i coudnt do anything, alt +f4 , ctrl alt + delete, only restart manuelly. it said me 1 time its directX so i download directX 11 , i chancge battery settings from max to off and all i saw on youtoube and google. But interesting part is when i enter my acc and create a new character i can play but when i log in my 20 lvl mage i just get screen frezee. WHat should i do, pls help me ?
