[ANSWERED][Outland] Survival Hunter - Expose Weakness
Greetings!
I'm a level 70 survival hunter, t5'ish geared. Right now full raid buffed I have about 45% crit chance and 9.1% hit chance, which practically should provide a uptime of expose weakness close to 100%.
On a 10 minute bossfight (Solarian in this case), however, I noticed that I have missed expose weakness 63 times and the boss also resisted 3 times.
Is this intentional? Is expose weakness supposed to miss? Should it not be affected by my hit rating?
