Cant access my account!

Hello, I tried to log into my account online today and received a message saying my password has expired and a message was sent to my email. However, I never recieved the email to reset my account. Maybe im using the wrong email, but its the only one I know. This account is very important to me and I have spent a lot of money and time in it. Please HELP.. nothing is working on the website for me. This has never happen to me and ive been playing since molten.

Same problem my acc name is Haevan,ps never hacker scriped or cheated 6 years or more of play and since 2 days i cant log no mail send to recover to my e mail
