Marketplace item

Hi. I was checking the marketplace on Outland realm wanted to buy the Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker, but ye there is no one. Well at least i wast able to find it, so is it possible to buy it and how and what i have to do for it?coz like ppl are not rly into doing mc.

I'd rather you be able to buy the Bindings and complete the quests rather than just receive the competed Thunderfury. But currently there are no Legendary Items in the Outland shop.
