Password has expired

Hey,
I have problem to log in with my account i havent been using for several months. When i want to log in," password has expired" error occurs :(
My acc name is . Also i can see my Gramist character in amory so i guess he wasnt deleted? Would ve been shame to lost it. Please help. You can contact me here or on
