Account recovery, need help!

To whom it may concern,

I must shamefully admit that I have forgotten the password of my previous account, and along with my laptop being stolen, I do not have my password saved anywhere anymore. What is worse is that I had made the account around 6 years ago, and I no longer have access to the email address linked to my account, with no means of retrieval. Is there any way I can prove my ownership of my own account? Perhaps by answering a series of questions of things I had last bought with coins or points perhaps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have my account name and password but when I try log in it says password expired.can any one help please.
