I cant speak.

I cant speak in game on all 5 Characters i have. So I wrote to [email protected] , yes they are very helpful. but they cant assist me with this kind of problem and told me to make in game ticket. SO I did. GM replied me that he cant help me with problem or something like that. and told me to make a ticket at support section instead. So I tried to do it , but cant create the ticket because there is only one option " Ban appeal" and my account is not banned. I am not sure how to do it anymore , so i am trying to write here " ask the staff" maybe someone who know how to solve my problem and kindly suggest me for it.
