In game event on Icecrown

Just figured today that with how big Icecrown population is,making a event that require ppl to create all at once a lv 1 (tauren for this one) and then hold them all in the starter zone waiting might be stressing a lil too much the login and the whole server.Yep it did create a new event : World Server Down.
May it be a sign that Icecrown is maybe too populated to handle or just figure other way to create event that take in consideration how crowded is the server so it wont make it crash.

After being able to log back,the whole ppl were gone, and no way to figure if something happened or not neither way to contact Hisue to know to get into the event or just to know if i was about to wait for hours to ppl that already left without any mention that the vent was already goin or not. A recurent message that could help other left behind knowing that there was no more reason to wait would have been kind and respectfull.
