All my Lordareon/Ragnaros characters have gone?

Hi. I am having a problem. All my characters on Lordareon is gone? Ragnaros realm is gone as well? I have been playing on and off molten wow/warmane for more than 5 years now. Please help? My main character was Dwarf Paladin -name Goldie Ret/Prot dual spec. Was there any wipes or anything I dont know about? Please I have spent countless hours playing with this character. My wow days are over if the character is gone? Please any admin look into my profile?????????
