i have forgotten the password and email for my account please help me to regain

hello i have lost my pass and my email and now i cant login as last time i logged it was long time ago i have some propability for passwords and all characters names classes please help me regain my account i dont know who to talk with or what to do as its pretty bad as i even changed the password and now sent to my old email and i dont remember which one was it exactly :D

Send an email to [email protected] , they'll help you out if you need to change the email on your account to a new one that you can access.
They'll tell you what they need from you, but it's usually current IP, old email or at least a hint of it, username ofc, maybe an old password, donation status and the amounts.
