Was gonna come back.. but my account got banned?

It says my account (actually, it says my IP) was banned for 11 years. From some IP based in San Francisco. I've never lived in SF. What can I do to recover this account? I can't really remember what was on it.. but I would like to check it out. Otherwise, do I just need to create a new account at this point?

I'm imagining my account got hacked and they did naughty things. But I can't prove that, obviously. But I would like to see what was on this account. Thanks in advance!
