[ANSWERED]Specific transmog item

Hello,i just wanted to ask you guys if you knew the item called Direbrew's Bloody Shanker is able to be transmoged here,it's a item that drops from Brewfest evet and i've wanted to use it as transmog on my rouge,but throught playing some events i noticed some events items are not able to be transmoged,i saw that on blizz servers it was not possible to transmog so i wondered what's the situation here is it transmogble and if not,why?Thanks
