[H] {No Expectations} English Speaking PvE Guild Raiding 2x / Week

Hello and welcome to No Expectations!

Looking for a fun, laid back and stressless environment? Then you have come to the right place. We are a group of experienced raiders who want to raid through content smoothly, in a non rushed mindset. We are the same crew that you may have seen in game as "Aventon and friends" hosting Magtheridon's Lair and Gruul pugs.

Raid days:
Sunday/Monday at 5pm st
Tuesday is an optional raiding day

Our progression:
-Karazhan: 11/11
-Magtheridon's Lair: 1/1
-Gruul's Lair: 2/2
-Zul'Aman: 6/6 (with timed 4)
-Serpentshrine Cavern: 6/6
-Tempest Keep: 4/4
-Mount Hyjal: 5/5
-Black Temple: 9/9
-Sunwell Plateau: 1/6
-Doomwalker: 1/1

Loot council is our loot system.

Although fun is the main idea behind this guild, we do require raiders to be fully prepared for every raid.
That will include:
-Proper enchants and gems depending on the items worn (won't ask for BiS enchants on blue stuff i.e)
-Consumables ready (Flasks/Elixirs/Food Buffs/Weapon oil/Potions/Drums, etc.) Consumables will be checked regularly
-Professions that will not only benefit your character, but the whole guild within the raids and even outside. Leatherworking will be mandatory for everyone as we start T5 (except for certain cases).

As long as these requirements will be met, everyone will have fun while progressing together.

Cleared 2/6 SSC in our first run, 3 weeks after the creation of this guild. Aiming for 3-4/6 before next reset.
Mostly looking in high priority at: Resto Druids, Resto Shams and Hunters.
Any outstanding RDPS and Ret/Enh will be taken in consideration.
Tanks, Warriors/Rogues filled atm.

Update on progress after 1 month of official raiding:
T4 fully cleared
ZA: 6/6 2 groups with timed chests
T5: 4/6 SSC and 2/4 TK after only 3 raids, considering one was T4 + VR.
Aiming for Hydross minimum this weekend and hopefully Vashj. If not, she will be dead by next reset. Got KT to phase 3, will only get better with time.
Recruitment: High prio to Resto Shamans, 1 Holy paladin and Hunters.
All classes are ALWAYS condisdered if you can back it up with outstanding gameplay (except tanks really).

Early bump for progression:
We are now 5/6 SSC and just started Vashj prog.
We are now 3/4 TK, 2 shotted Al'ar on prog.
Still need the same classes in recruitment, prioritizing skilled and dedicated raiders.

Prioritizing dedicated and skilled players always. Will give a fair trial even if your class's raid spot is already filled.

Vashj is down! No Expectations is now 6/6 SSC and 3/4 TK, starting to work on KT tomorrow and MH very shortly.

KT prog is still there, but not killed yet. Started working on MH with the following prog: 3/5 in 2 hours of raiding (wiped 8th wave before 4th boss).
Gonna keep going at KT while we clear MH as well.

-Shamans (instant spot for enh, other 2 specs open as backup (highly potential raiders))

Hyjal 100% cleared on our first full official night.

-Shamans (Ele almost 100% spot and backup Resto)

Starting BT next week of raiding! Aiming for the easy 3/9 minimum.

Still looking for a dedicated Hunter and an Elemental Shaman. Resto Sham + Mage as backup for now.

Booya! 7/9 BT after only 2 full nights on it. Aiming high with council down next week and attempts at Illidan.
Looking in high priority for the following classes: Resto Shaman (with OS), Hunters and Mages.
