Outland Horde > alliance for free

It's just an idea/suggestion, no offense pretended.

Since alliance population is lower than horde's
I think it would improve the server's gameplaying experience, making it more balanced

Horde > Alliance for free or very cheap and Alliance > Horde closed. It must be done.
