Demoted in "Activity Rank"

Hello, yesterday i had posted a problem about my old wow client and in order to solve it i've actually re-downloaded the WoW client from the site.
Right after started it i got a 15min ban cause the anticheat (Take a note i've never been banned for such thing before)

Altho i can clearly remember that i was getting 1.1 vote point each time, in fact i was Ambassador rank.

Today i logged in to vote again and noticed that my rank gone back to Emissary. Is it related to that unknown 15min ban i got yesterday? If yes, how im supposed to get my rank back?

There is 0.5 point bonus for having your account in good standing. When you get banned, you lose that bonus for 1 year. Right now to get more points you would have to get more achievement points.
