Password expired

Hello,

I have an old account and when I tried to log in, site said my password expired. I know my user and password but i can't remember the mail I used, was long ago. I made this account so I could raise a ticket for the issue but I can't select a category other then Ban, and that category is not working since I cant select a type of Ban. Can you please offer a solution? I wanted to raise a ticket for a password restore.

How long does it take for the help to arrive? The password expired on my account and I cant remember the e-mail aswell. Found a ton of e mails but none of them are the right one. I want to play with friends so we can level together and im in a rush :o (donor account,thats why)
