Hello,
I have been a long time player on Arena-Tournament and have been wanting to start playing Warmane. The link I received for account merging is not functional; is there still a way to merge my old account?
If not, can I obtain the things I purchased back in the days (full wrathful on all characters) -- I can produce PayPal receipts if needed.

account merge would be pointless. all AT vip perks were removed from blackrock (the only realm you had said perks on).
I would have my old gear+runes+macros+everything as well as my titles and ratings. Why do you say it would be pointless?
because all vip perks have been removed and on june 2016 they have removed gear and pvp achivement from all characters.
So Players had to start all over again
This means that even if you somehow merge your old AT account ( which is impossible because too late) your characters would be naked
