Is it possible to migrate my characters from Icecrown to Lord?
The latency there would greatly improve my enjoyment of PVP - though, if there’s no cross realm PVP instances, I would be stuck waiting longer for battles I suppose....

Realm transfers are currently not available. If you want to play on Lordaeron, you will have to make a new character there.
