Please help me

hi guys , im back in game after 1/2 years of inactivity , the problem is only one , i dont remember my email of one of my accounts because when i logged in that account the site said to me that my password expired and they sent me another 1 to the email that is connected to that account, but i dont remember that email , how can i take back that account? i need to do something?, ive paid in that account, maybe i should say to gm the numbers of card that i used to shop? idk guys somebody can help me? please.
