WoW Crashing in random locations

hey I just got wow on my laptop and the problem is it's crashing alot like every 30-40 mins once
im not using any WoD or Legion models its just normal Wotlk and it's getting error of "Requested X Memory" however i have 16gb ram for a 2008 game
can anyone please help i'll be thankful :)

I am having the same problem...but mine says cannot read file whatever. Then crashes.

I am in Storm peaks right now and I cannot even move because it will crash again.
