Screen flickering

Hello everyone,

I have a weird flickering on in game models when the camera is moving. I uploaded a video to show exactly how it looks like.

I played for few years on this server and never had anything like this before, up until few months ago when it started.
I already tried updating graphic drivers and it didn't work (GeForce 750 Ti).
If anyone had similar issue and knows anything that could help, please reply.

Bump. Problem still persists.

Problem fixed by removing [wowfolder]/WTF/Config.wtf

Some option was turned on in there somehow, that caused this problem.
