Neutral Auction House

Dear Warmane staff, I write in regards the use of neutral auction houses. What I want to know is exactly whether I can use theese auction houses to freely move items between the horde and alliance or not, and if there are things I should avoid doing. Actually I´ve tried to find information about it online and it seems like blizz allowed (while neutral ahs still existed) the use of neutral ah-s in any way. Howewer I´m not fully convinced so I figured I´d be better to ask first as to not get myself carelessly suspended/banned.
