Faction change question

Hello if i faction change what is gonna happen to my guild that i am a leader of?

one of those 2 things:

1. you should not be able to faction change until you give Guild leader to someone else
2. That guild will be deleted ( so guild bank etc)

So I guess you can pass the leader to a lvl 1 char to avoid any porblem
