Wotlk Lordaeron Saltheril's Haven Quest

Hi, I'm struggling with the "Saltheril's Haven" Quest from Magistrix Landra Dawnstrider. She got a silver quest marker over her head like I am to low level to accept this quest. I'm currently lvl 9. Quest Requirements state you have to be lvl 5 to get it. Just wanna know it I am missing something or if its bugged. I can't accept "The Party Never Ends" ether and just skip "Saltheril's Heaven" because this quest doesn't appear at all. I tried reloading, UI reset and completing "The Wayward Apprentice" which I could accept. Not sure what to do now.

Silver quest marker means that you a) didn't reach the correct level or b) it's a quest chain (or another quest is required before) and her quest follows after another one.

It's possible that you must take a quest first who leads you to "Fairbreeze Village". This quest should be in the near of "Ruins of Silvermoon". Then the following quest should be "Yellow"
