I am trying to buy a character to play with some friends on the Lordearran server, but when I try to donate it just ends up saying "Transaction was not completed" Any help?

I am trying to buy a character to play with some friends on the Lordearran server, but when I try to donate it just ends up saying "Transaction was not completed" Any help?
u have to go to the warmane site and then to my account (security) and then u wil see and if u did the transaction u have to wait 3 days to buy samthing in the trade
