I bought items and did a couple Misbuys. I immediately wrote up 2 tickets (1 for each item)... They've both been sitting for more than 24 hours without reply by staff... Should I be concerned?

Sometimes it may take a day or two be patient ,I waited 2 days once.
Thanks! I had read that they are only eligible for refund within 24-hours. :)
