There are 2 different way:
1. you can get instant max level on 1 of your character for 20 Coins here: https://www.warmane.com/account > Services -> select realm + character > currency: Coins > "character lvl up"
2. You can buy 1 character from other players here: https://www.warmane.com/account > Trade
