WOLTK & French language pack.

Hello,

After searching too long for a french pack for WOTLK in the darkest areas of the internet, I found something.

How to install :
1. In WOTLK folder, move frFR folder in "Data".
2. In "WTF" folder then in the "Config.wtf" file. Change the first line to "SET locale "frFR".
(3). realmlist.wtf is in frFR.
