Is there any way in which you are not allowed/aren´t supposed to use the neutral ah?
no, it's just risky, There's usually a stealthed rogue in Tanaris or Stv just searching the newest stuff for low price.
Be aware that if you have a horde selling something and want your alliance (on same account, you cant buy the item(s) you need a second account, or a friend.
