So i am horde pally and im at sunwell, when i teleport to the dungeon i cant go to lower place where to finish the q because there is some big door npc which i need to unlock and i dont have any key. What should i do

First thing you should do is find a Print Screen button on your keyboard.

We cant see anything Clearly , Please Click print screen on keyboard and post image from wow screen shots folder We may be able to help . Also check Bug tracker .
Also invite a buddy to Group and convert it to Raid so you can enter Raid instance

Abandon quest and retake, or have a warlock summon you.
i tried retaking the q like 10 times i dont think that warlock would help cuz even when i went with another person he didint saw any monsters while i saw them. its like its bugged on character itself.
