I've tried to get to a GM but they have yet to respond. Birds of a Feather and the quest involving following the spirit wolf are both bugged. No hatchlings are produced from the nests and the spirit wolf won't guide you anywhere.

GMs won't help you with bugs. You have to report bugs on bug tracker.

You can search for the other quest there too. You won't get any immediate help with bugged quests. Just do other quests instead.
