Ip ban for forgetting password?

Hi I recently continued playing TBC after a long time offline, as such i forgot my password, managed to reset it and get a new password but at the same time my account now says IP banned due to susp activity.. i simply forgot my password... as i have donated in the past is there any way this can be corrected?

Make a ban appeal using support system on website here or send an email to [email protected]. Password resets don't result in a ban. Someone else might have logged on your account while you were not using it.
