i cannot find my frostwolf characters when i was trying to find them through the website armory. i havent logged frostwolf for a very long time but this account was active. what happened to my character? how can i get them back? thanks

maybe they got flagged for a rename due to inactivity. You need to log in in-game to check if they are still there or not
