Noob Question

hi im kinda new to game
i was going to arcane spec and im lvl 20
how the hell do i get arcane blast spell
somebody told me u get it at lvl 10 from mage quest
im gnome and none of mage quest in ironfroge or stormwind give me quest for that spell
or do i get it from higher level , i cheaked the trainer i didnt see any arcane blast rank1 for learn just rank2 forward.

Arcane Blast is a spell you learn from a trainer, and I'm pretty sure it requires a higher level than 20.

Which expansion are you talking about?
