Is Icecrown down currently?

I keep getting the error, World server is down when i try to login to my character. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Outside of cases like that, that's usually an issue in your IPS' routes to reach our servers and there isn't much we can do about that.

I think it's funny how global chat works even when the server's about to crash. A plus side of a server crash is how much hilarity ensues in global.
