No quests in Pandaria

Hello, i am having some problems with pandaria leveling. Recently i dinged 85 and got the quest to go on a ship in Orgrimmar, which i did but nothing happened, i just turned the quest in and that was it. I was told to go to Pandaria trough the portal, but my problem is, no zones in pandaria have Any quests. I went from the begining village to the last one in the starting zone and there was no quests at all. Also i noticed that if im with another player at the same place in the zone, we are in different phases. I really could use some help as im stuck without quests, thanks in advance
