how to transfer neltharion characters?

hi, i found out that neltharion has been removed, is possible to transfer my character from neltharion to outland? if yes how? thx

I can't say this with 100% certantly,but i attempted to ask that a few times on some posts,and 1 moderator gave kind of answer that it probably will not be able to transfer to outland,i don't know why is that except that it's extra work but i can't say this for sure until news come how to transfer characters officialy.
