Invalid new password provided

Dear Warmane,

I've recently changed my password and forgot it, I've requested a new password which i received, but when i got to change my password, i'm left with an error for whichever password i choose which is longer than 8 characters which are also within the requirements of complex passwords "Upper case, Lower Case, Special Characters". The error i receive is "Invalid New Password Provided, Please Try Again"

Available special characters might be limited, upper case / lower case is ignored because of WoW client limitations and your password must be 8-16 characters long.
