Best Warlock Spec PvP and PvE

Can you tell me if it's better for BGs to go SL/SL or Full Affli? I know for Arena it's better to go like this build right?:

But for BGs too? Or would a Build like 41/0/20 better to get max Dmg on DOTS and Shadowbolts? If yes, which points in Destruction would be best to fit the 41 Points in Affli? :)

And can you show me "the best" PvE Build for raids? First I should go Affi and with better gear it's better to go Destruction right?

Affliction has very nice damage on multiple targets (like High King Maulgar) because you can DoT everything. Demonology is the best DPS spec though, until high T5-low T6. Felguard (something like this: http://calculators.iradei.eu/talents...10000000000000, you can get instant Corruption + 2/2 Imp LT for like -10 DPS) is best DPS early on, Succubus (something like http://calculators.iradei.eu/talents...10200010000000, you can take Master Summoner if you can't keep your pet alive) later on. Relies on pet staying alive and attacking though. If your pet dies it's actually the worst DPS spec. It's a challenging spec to play but if you can master it, it's very rewarding.

Endgame Destruction (http://calculators.iradei.eu/talents...12200510531050) is the best DPS spec. Scales very very well with crit, haste and spell damage, but you need a lot of it for it to become better than Demonology.

The main difference between Destro, Felguard and Succubus spec:
Succubus: free +10% crit, Ruin, free ~100 Spell Damage, free +15% ALL damage boost (SL + MD), melee damage of pet.
Felguard: free 5-10% crit (depending on if you take Imp LT), no Ruin, free ~160 Spell Damage, free +10% ALL damage boost (SL + MD), melee damage of pet.
Destro: free +8% crit, Ruin, +0.20 Spell Damage scaling on Shadowbolt/Incinerate, +15% SHADOW damage boost (DS).

So the question is, when does the +0.20 Spell Damage scaling on Shadowbolt/Incinerate overtake the +2% crit, ~100-60 SD and melee damage of your pet.

Affliction is very nice for utility and dotting multiple targets, but don't expect to be in the top 5 DPS on single target fights past T4.

Shadow/Destro is really good for burst. but if you wanna feel like you can help the tank group in raids then Malediction lock is the way to go with improved imp plus instant cast for corruption and CoE.
